Youth Group

The Virtual Synagogue youth group is probably the most active department in the Virtual Synagogue.

We have dozens of members, all with Facebook profiles, who love to share information, pictures, updates, and stories.  We have tons of events every month, and just cant get enough of each other!

If you're in junior high or high school, check us out!

What should I be noticing?  On every page, we will point out the Tools 4 Shuls modules in use, and include links to the administration pages, so that you will be able to test it out.  Just look for this box near the bottom of any page!  Log into the administration panel to see how easy it is to update this site!  Username and password are both "demo" Calendar The "Youth Events" section of this page is drawing the next 3 events from the "Youth Group" category of the calendar.  You have the ability to specify a category, number of events, and whether or not to display the descriptions for each event.  Visit the Boards and Committees webpage, or the Young professionals webpage to see other examples of the calendar display! Announcements The "Announcements" section of this page is drawing the 3 announcements with the highest ranking, specific to the "Youth group" category.  Some announcements are set to not be displayed on the homepage, so they will only show up on this page. Photo Gallery The Photo Galleries section of this page shows some of the albums created within the Youth Group category.  It's incredibly easy to create new categories, galleries and post pictures -- anyone can do it!
